The 7th EUROPARC Charter Networking meeting that will take place from 29^th June - 1st July at Djerdap National Park (SP) is not just for protected areas that have Charter certification. It is also for individuals or protected area practitioners who are working in the field of sustainable tourism or interested in making their areas tourism sustainable. After all it is the intact and beautiful nature of our protected areas that people come to visit in the first place. It is therefore essential to make sure that tourism is managed in a way that is good for nature, for local stakeholders and visitors.

A range of workshops, excursions and keynote speeches will help you explore these issues.
